There’s something about the Cliff House that never gets old for me. The dramatic ocean views, the way the light plays off the rocky cliffs—it’s truly one of the most breathtaking spots for a proposal. I had so much fun photographing Laura and Matthew!
The lighting that evening was absolutely extraordinary, with the sky putting on a colorful show just for them. As Matthew got down on one knee with the waves crashing behind them, the moment felt straight out of a movie. Laura’s reaction was pure joy, and capturing that raw emotion was such a privilege.
One of my favorite parts of the session was how playful and adventurous they were. After the big moment, they were more than happy to wander around the property for more photos, soaking in every bit of that perfect evening. At one point, Matthew even carried Laura across the rocks while she pointed the way—such a sweet and spontaneous moment!
This was another amazing session at Cliff House! I wish nothing but love to Laura and Matthew in this next chapter of their life!
